Terms of sale

These terms govern the short-term rental of the five-star classified furnished accommodation “L’Appart Spa d’Alessia”, 1156 chemin de Cure Bourse, 84800 L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (registration 84054000401vm), booked directly on https://le-spa-dalessia.com. The operator is Fabien Cataldo. Booking implies acceptance of these terms.

The loft sleeps four guests at most, children included; it is not suitable for children under two. It is rented for quiet residential use: no parties, no pets, no smoking indoors.

Prices are shown per night, tourist tax excluded and paid on site. A booking is firm once a 30 % deposit is paid by card or another method offered on the secure Stripe payment page; this site never stores payment details. A confirmation email summarises the stay, the deposit paid and the balance.

The balance is paid on arrival, in cash or by card as accepted by the operator, together with the tourist tax.

No security deposit is required. Cleaning is included in the price.

Check-in from 4 pm, check-out before 10 am. Keys are handed over in person by the hosts or left in a key box. The spa is available from 6 pm on arrival day.

Free cancellation with a full refund of the deposit up to five days before 4 pm on arrival day. After that, the deposit is retained. If the operator cancels, the deposit is refunded in full.

Refunds go back to the payment method used, within ten days.

The spa and pool are private and used under the guests’ sole responsibility, especially for children. A shower is required before each use of the spa. Instructions given on arrival must be followed.

Guests are liable for damage to the property and its equipment during the stay. The operator is insured with MMA, policy no. 128786802.

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the guest and the operator first seek an amicable solution; guests can write to cataldoimmobilier@gmail.com. Failing agreement, French courts have jurisdiction.
