When you book or write to us, we receive your name, phone, email and, where relevant, your message and stay dates. Nothing else. The site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising.

To answer your request, confirm your stay, welcome you and meet our obligations (guest register, tourist tax, accounting). Legal basis: performance of the rental contract and our legal obligations.

Deposits are processed by Stripe Payments Europe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s page and never pass through this site. Stripe’s policy: stripe.com/privacy.

Confirmation emails are sent by Resend, whose servers are in the United States, under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Booking data is kept for the stay and then, for accounting, for the legal period of ten years. Contact messages are deleted at most one year after reply.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to cataldoimmobilier@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

The site uses Vercel Analytics, a cookie-free audience measurement that cannot identify you.
